Over the last two years, and into the future, Installation Technology has worked on the upgrade of data networks at 326 London sites for a major metro supplier essential to the Capital’s transport system.
The project has been to refresh existing network connectivity across 130 sites with structured cabling and resilient telecoms, which is more supportable and scalable.
Telecomm upgrades included working closely with telecomm providers, copper and fibre installation works and equipment replacement over multiple phases.
Throughout the project, Installation Technology has been working within an environment which is incredibly busy and where minimising downtime and disruption to service has been a key element – an area in which our experience is second to none, enabling us to deliver the optimum solution.
