To help achieve this Mission, Installation Technology has established and maintains the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

The success of this Quality Management System is dependent upon the beliefs of Installation Technology, these being as follows:

To ensure the highest standards in daily practice throughout the company, Installation Technology constantly reviews its performance for improvements.

To enable key performance indicators to be measured, Management Review meetings are used to set and review objectives and targets which reflect the company’s current policies.
